I am an associate in the financial services team. I specialise in contentious financial services regulatory and investigation matters, acting for both corporate and individual clients.”

Jake is an associate in Fox Williams’ financial services team, with a particular focus on contentious financial services regulatory and investigations matters.  He acts for both corporates and individuals and often works closely with colleagues in the firm’s employment team.

He has worked and advised on matters including acting for a senior lawyer and executive at a major retail bank in relation to the Dame Linda Dobbs Review, acting for a high-profile trader in relation to various investigations and an employment dispute with a significant investment bank and acting for an individual in the Upper Tribunal proceedings between the FCA and Barclays Bank Plc regarding the 2008 capital raisings from the Qatar Investment Authority. He also assisted in the high-profile independent investigation in relation to multiple allegations of sexual misconduct and other inappropriate behaviour at the CBI.

Whilst training at the firm, he completed seats in Fox Williams’ employment, corporate, financial services, and commerce and technology teams.
