Hassam is an associate in the Fox Williams financial services team, specialising in banking and finance. Hassam advises on a variety of transactions including corporate debt, receivables funding, capital markets, structured finance, asset-based lending and real estate finance.

Hassam is part of the firm’s FinTech group and advises clients operating in the disruptive technology and alternative finance space at various stages of their business life cycle.

Hassam joined the firm from the real estate finance team of an international law firm and has previous experience working in-house (as legal counsel at both an international bank and an international fund) and offshore.
