I am the Head of Compliance and I lead the firm’s drive to ensure we have an agile and risk managed compliance function that meets the fast-changing risk and regulatory requirements. ”

Having worked in professional services for over 20 years, Gemma has an immersive and full circle career in professional services. Amongst others, she worked as an auditor for a regulatory body, director of risk and compliance for various law firms, accreditation specialist and tax analyst at Deloitte.

Gemma draws on her wide-ranging experiences to lead the compliance function at Fox Williams and support the business in ensuring continued delivery of highly responsive and agile professional services.

Gemma is a music enthusiast and volunteers as school governor in her spare time.

• International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering (Manchester University)
• Certified Data Protection Officer (C-DPO)
• Practitioner – PRINCE2
• Practitioner – Agile Project Management
• BSc Law & Government – London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), University of London
