I am an associate in Fox Williams’ employment team. I specialise in advising employer and individual clients in relation to a range of employment matters.”

Anna joined Fox Williams in November 2024 and specialises in employment law. She advises clients in relation to all aspects of employment law both contentious and non-contentious. Anna’s work includes drafting employment contracts, consultancy agreements, termination agreements and reviewing and drafting employment policies and employee handbooks.

Anna advises HR and business managers in relation to grievances, dignity at work complaints and disciplinary processes.

She also acts for individual clients in relation to negotiating terms of employment and exit packages. Anna has recent experience in supporting individual clients regarding redundancy and whistleblowing.
