Alison brings more than 25 years’ experience advising blue-chip clients on high-profile investment sales, purchases (both financed and unfinanced), and cross-border real estate transactions. She has particular expertise in managing prime City and regional office and retail lettings, including re-gears and pre-lets and has also advised clients on complex Embassy, restaurant, cinema, large retail warehouse, and business park lettings.

Alison’s clients include national and international investment funds and family offices, often holding substantial commercial real estate portfolios in central London and across the UK.

Described in Legal 500 as “a clear and concise communicator,” she draws on top-tier City experience gained from her time at Nabarro LLP (now CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP) and over a decade at Hogan Lovells LLP to deliver sophisticated, solutions-oriented advice tailored to each client’s commercial objectives.
