We are pleased to welcome Lucy Marlow as a partner in our Intellectual Property team. Lucy joins from JMW where she was a partner, having built a strong reputation for her expertise in trade marks, copyright designs and patents.
Lucy advises clients on securing, exploiting, and protecting their IP rights across all sectors, with a particular focus on sports and emerging technologies. She has extensive experience supporting businesses in health tech, software, social media and digital platforms, helping them navigate complex IP challenges, enforce their rights, and manage risks in rapidly evolving markets.
Lucy also has a strong track record in IP disputes, including mediation and litigation before the specialist Intellectual Property Court and the UK Intellectual Property Office. Her practice extends to domain name disputes, confidential information, and advertising law, further strengthening Fox Williams’ expertise in technology-driven sectors.
