Fox Williams has advised Nellmapius ltd on its acquisition of automatic door business Entec Access Systems Limited.
Founded by brothers William and Richard van der Byl, Nellmapius is a family-owned investment firm focused on acquiring and growing high-quality UK businesses. Entec Access Systems is a contractor known for its speciality in automatic door installations, maintenance and repairs across a diverse range of clients.
The Fox Williams deal team was led by corporate partner Bryan Shaw, with support from partner Howard White and associate Anjali Aravindhan. Fox Williams advised Nellmapius on all legal aspects of the deal including corporate, employment, commercial, tax and real estate issues.
This acquisition was Nellmapius’s first UK acquisition and they trusted Fox Williams’ capability in navigating complex corporate acquisitions and finding solutions to execute the deal.
