Fox Williams is pleased to announce that it has acted as the buy-side legal adviser to Full Circle Capital Partners Ltd in its acquisition of Accelerator Solutions Limited (“Accelerator”), a UK-based provider of customer service-focused training, research, and consultancy services. Geral Edelman provided financial and taxation due diligence and acted as a general buy-side advisor during the transaction.
